Connect Minecraft Education Edition to Java Servers
Enable Minecraft: Education Edition clients to join your Minecraft: Java Edition server
What is EduGeyser?
EduGeyser is a Geyser fork that allows Minecraft: Education Edition clients to join Minecraft: Java Edition servers. Regular Bedrock Edition players can connect at the same time, for true crossplay across editions. The goal of this project is to let students and educators on Minecraft: Education Edition join standard Java Edition servers as seamlessly as possible.

How does it work?
EduGeyser acts as a translator which sits between the Education Edition client and the Java server. It takes data from the client and translates it into a format the Java server understands and vice versa. EduGeyser works with any modern Minecraft version and can be installed either as a plugin or run as a standalone program.
Join from anywhere
EduGeyser can be joined from Minecraft: Education Edition on Windows, iPad, Chromebook, and Mac. It works with a wide array of hosting providers, but can also be used as its own standalone proxy to join any Minecraft server!Students authenticate through their school's Microsoft 365 accounts, and their identity is cryptographically verified through Microsoft Education services. Install our EduFloodgate plugin so Education Edition users can join without a Java Edition account!
